Payment Deadline: Friday, March 28, 2025 @ midnight (We cannot re-open the shop after this due date has passed and there are no other payment options).
 
We only offer cheese pizza.
 
Make sure to fill-in the form below for each child. Make sure to choose the number of slices in the Quantity Field (Ex. 2 slices per pizza day= 2 Quantities).
 
If your child is absent during a specific pizza day, we cannot offer a reimbursement, but your child's pizza will go to a child in need at the school.
