Make sure to fill-in the form below for each child. You can choose the number of subs in the Quantity Field (Ex. 2 subs per subway lunch day= 2 Quantities).
If your child is absent during a specific subway day, we cannot offer a reimbursement, but your child's sub will go to a child in need at the school.
We offer veggie, cold cut, ham, & turkey subs on 6-inch, white bread with lettuce, cucumber & cheddar cheese. Mustard and mayo on the side. Gluten-free bread is $1 extra per sub.
